Black Bean Burrito Bowls
Easy black bean burrito bowls! Hearty, flavorful, & customizable. Also vegetarian.

Ingredients
Fillings

- 2 cups
cooked rice
- 150 g
finely grated cheese
- 100 g
corn chips
Toppings
- 1 cup
- 4 tbsp
green onions
finely sliced - 2 tbsp
coriander
chopped - 2
avocados
sliced
Sauce
- 3 tbsp
sour cream
- 2 tbsp
mayonnaise
- 1 tsp
lime juice
salt and pepper
Instructions

Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.

Divide the filling ingredients among serving bowls. Add the toppings and drizzle the sauce over the top.
